The following Terms and Conditions apply to you as the customer (henceforth called ”you”) when you place an order through or use shutterbugco.com and associated pages (henceforth called the ”Website”).

The Terms establish the agreement between you and Shutterbug Co AB, Org.nr: 559309-3577, Box 45093, 104 30 STOCKHOLM (henceforth called ”Shutterbug Co” or ”We”). We ask that you carefully read the Terms before further use of the Website as you, by placing an order through or by using the Website, agree to these Terms.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When browsing and shopping on the Website, Shutterbug Co will store some of your personal information in order to give you the best experience and to carry out your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or removed. Shutterbug Co does not store or handle any banking or credit card information. We may also use cookies, e.g. to enhance your experience of the Website.

We retain and use all information strictly under the privacy policy and comply with the general data protection regulation (GDPR) with regard to your personal information. We may contact you by using email or other electronic communication methods if you expressly agreed to this. These terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy policy and cookie policy.

ORDERING AND PURCHASE

A purchase agreement is concluded only when Shutterbug Co has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us by mail. We encourage you to save this order confirmation in the case of any contact with Shutterbug Co’s customer service. The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. Any errors made by you during the order might be subject to additional costs for Shutterbug Co to execute your order. Those additional costs could be charged to you.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges will be available on the website before the order has been completed. Additionally, it will be available in the order confirmation as well. Prices and charges are in Swedish crowns (SEK) and include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the order.

Payment, is made via credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard or by our partner Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (SE 556737043101). Klarna offers a large range of payment methods, such as card payment and different ‘Pay later’ options. For some methods, terms apply which can be found in conjunction to the payment methods when selected. You can also find Klarna’s terms here. If you pay via credit or debit card, the payment will not be captured until your order has been dispatched. For Klarna services such as ‘Pay later’, you will receive the invoice and further information from when your order has been dispatched.

By placing an order on the Website you confirm that you are over the age of 18. We reserve the right in individual cases to deny or change your order e.g. if you have given false personal information and/or have any record for non-payment of debt. Are you under 18 years old? CAMPAIGNS

Shutterbug Co may offer campaigns on the website with more favourable terms. These more favourable terms are valid as long as the campaign runs and apply to the specific products Shutterbug Co has decided to include in the campaign. Offers on specific products on the website apply during a limited period and as long as stocks last. Shutterbug Co reserve the right to discontinue such campaigns at any time.

DELIVERY

We ship our products within Sweden and the estimated delivery date depends on your geographic location within the country. The exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed and might in some cases take longer than estimated. Shutterbug Co is not responsible and does not make compensations in those cases. In the event that the delivery is delayed, which causes you to no longer wish to complete the purchase, the responsibility is yours to make a cancellation. You shall contact Shutterbug Co’s customer support and a cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from Shutterbug Co. In the event that the item has already been processed, you are obliged to receive the order. This does not limit your right to return the order.

If a product is no longer offered, Shutterbug Co has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will notify you of a refund or if a similar product is available. Shutterbug Co's responsibility for errors in connection with delivery is limited to what is set out in these Terms.

If the delivery is not completed as a result of you not picking up the parcel at the designated service point or not being at the address on delivery attempts, a fee of 150 SEK for storing and returning of the order will be added.

The goods will become your responsibility once delivery is completed. You must, if reasonably possible, examine the goods before accepting them. Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report it as promptly as possible to Shutterbug Co’s customer support.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 14 days from receiving your order by returning your product in compliance with prevailing consumer protection legislation. You are entitled to return the product you have purchased by informing Shutterbug Co of this within 14 days from when you received the ordered product. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return your purchased product. If a product is sealed, you will not be entitled to utilise your right of return if the seal is broken. In other words, the right of return is terminated when you break the package seal. When utilising the right of return, you pay for any return transport costs and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received it and during its return journey.

The product must be sent as a return within 14 days from the date you notified Shutterbug Co that you intend to utilise your right of return. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. In terms of the refundable amount, Shutterbug Co has the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value of the product in relation to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such a decrease in value is due to the fact that you have handled the product more than is necessary. Shutterbug Co refunds the amount as soon as possible, but no later than the 14 days from the date Shutterbug Co received the product. The refund will be made to the source of original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight for the return package.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that Shutterbug Co is prevented from performing any of its obligations according to these terms and conditions, by an occurrence at the point in time of the purchase, beyond a Shutterbug Co’s reasonable control, and which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the purchase, and if the fulfilment of delivery of the products would entail sacrifices which are not reasonable considering the interest of the customer of having Shutterbug Co fulfilling the purchase, Shutterbug Co shall be excused as long as the occurrence persist. You are not entitled to compensation for harm suffered as a result of delayal or defected products on part of Shutterbug Co if the defect and delayal is a result of circumstance outside of Shutterbug Co’s control and which Shutterbug Co could not reasonably have been of aware of at the point in time of the purchase and which consequences Shutterbug Co could not have reasonably avoided or overcome.

DISCLAIMER

You as the customer have the sole responsibility for correct usage of the products. Shutterbug Co do not assume responsibility for any damages that may occur through unsafe use. This applies on unstable placement of product and using the product uncarefully with, for example, a heavy phone. Phones can vary in size and weight and it is Your responsibility to make sure the Shutterstick is at an appropriate height and stands firm enough for the phone it is holding.

Shutterbug Co do not assume responsibility for image or typing errors on the website. This includes but is not limited to errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices or adjustments of prices or incorrect information of stock availability. Shutterbug Co reserves a right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. Shutterbug Co is not liable for delays or lack of stock, from the point in time at which order is placed and before Shutterbug Co confirms the order. Shutterbug Co reserves a right to inform you if any incorrect price has been set on an item that you ordered and will stay the approval of the new price before Shutterbug Co proceeds with your order. All image information on the website should be exclusively regarded as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the number of items you receive, or the product's exact appearance, features or origin. Information on the website that comes from a third party is not Shutterbug Cos responsibility.

OWNERSHIP

Shutterbug owns the Website and all the contents of the Website. The information on the Website is subject to protection by intellectual property legislation and marketing legislation. The reproduction of and making available to the public of product names, pictures, graphical design, layout and information about products, services, and other content, cannot be done without prior written approval by Shutterbug Co.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Shutterbug Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the time they are set out on the Website and are able for you to review.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the dispute should in the first place be settled amicably in discussion with Shutterbug Co’s customer service. Shutterbug Co complies with the judgement reached by the General Complaints Board in Sweden (It must be pointed out that any Board judgements are, as such, not binding). Disputes in relation to interpretations or application of these terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Swedish law and decided by the General Complaints Board or ultimately by the courts. If a competent court, authority or arbitration panel finds that any clause in these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the clause in question and all other clauses shall be deemed as valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The clauses that are deemed invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant judicial guidelines and advice.
